Hunting for foods will be the tough job sometime. Most of our time is eating and eating the same food and sometime we did not know what to eat and where to eat. So if you like to travel around and try other food then you are in the right post. This time I'm going to introduce a Japanese Restaurant, Yuzen and is allocated at Damansara Perdana, Petaling Jaya.

This time me and some of my friends from Food Ink gathering at Yuzen Japanese Restaurant for some Japanese cuisine. Usually when we dine in at any Japanese restaurant and we will surely ordering sushi. But this time, me and my friends wanted to try out other Japanese cuisine beside sushi.

This will be one of the dishes that I tested on our hunting food in Yuzen Restaurant. For this dishes, it may look simple but the combination is really perfectly match. Not only that, this will be one of the special dishes that I never get from other Japanese restaurant.

As we know, Japanese is quite well famous with Salmon so we will ordering this dishes, the Salmon Ikura Tataki. For this dish, the slide of the onion is really impressing me. I guess the onion slide is just around 0.02 mm. I'm quite like Salmon so this dishes really suit me and with the combination of the sauce with some wasabi really bring me to the maximum.

This is one another dishes that is related to Salmon. Since I love so much about salmon so there will be a 1-2 dishes surely about salmon. The combination of the sauce with the salmon is really outstanding and if you like sauce that is a bit sweet and maybe a bit sour then this dishes will surely surf you perfectly.

If you looking other cuisine that is non-seafood then you should try this, the Chicken Katsu Tororo. The whiteness one the top of the chicken is yam. The yam is not the ordinary yam and trust me the taste is really nice till you wanted to have more. If you want to know more about the yam, you always able to ask their employee.

Another favourite of my dish, the Surume Oka Teriyaki aka squid. To be honest, I'm really love seafood and believe me I able to finish this by myself till every of my friends scare me. With some dips of the special sauce from the Yuzen Japanese Restaurant, it really make this dish delicious and wanted to have more.

Yuzen Japanese Restaurant is really a wonderful place to cheer up with friends and family as what me and my friends, Food Ink did. Not only that, there will be some VVIP rooms also. You either able to walk in and request for the room or call them to make reservation for it. Guess what, there will be no extra charging if you wanted to take the VVIP rooms.
