This would be one of the cuisine that I really like it and highly recommended. With crispy outer layer and the delicious chicken floss inside, make this cuisine perfectly match.

This Steamed Chives Dumplings is served perfectly. Did you notice that the skin of the dumpling is almost transparent and you able to see what contain inside.

I never heard before dumpling that iswrapped with banana leaf before. This dish is called Minced Chicken Dumpling Wrapped in Banana Leaf. The dumpling was stuffed with lots of chicken floss inside of it. I feel that this would be the one of the unique cuisine that I ever tasted before.

This is one of the cuisine and dessert you should order when you dine in here at Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurant, Parkroyal Hotel. The Homemade Fine Bean Curd is really smooth and light. The Wolfberry syrup has sweet taste. It really a good combination. Super highly recommended. You will no regret on it.
