Signature The Hill @1Utama

   For the past few weeks, we has been invited to go Signature The Hill that is located at the 1Utama to have our dinner there. We went there quite early so we decided to go The Roof for a look. As we know the roof is allocated at the top roof for the 1Utama( more information click here :-

   It environment is really awesome either at the Signature The Hill or The Roof.  We decided to took some picture at there.

Brother-in-law is taking picture for his wife, baby martin and also his mom.

   After a while, we went back to the restaurant. Forget to mention, before we went to The Roof, we had make the order. We have been told that the food will be serve around 15 minutes later.

   Before the main course is served, we also ordered their cocktails. Cocktails is an alcohol drink that will mix of variety of stuff.

One of the types of cocktails- Milo Ais

This Milo Ais is one of the types of cocktails that have at Signature The Hill. This Milo Ais consists of rum, baileys, kahlua and also milo. The price is RM28. The taste is really awesome. *Must have a try if you like Milo Ais*

Another types of cocktail- Fish Bowl

 This is another types of cocktail that available at Signature The Hill. It is also known as Fish Bowl. The Fish Bowl is really *BIG*. It consists of crisp white wine, blackthorn cider, peach liqueur, peach infused tea, refreshing flooding fruits and spice. It just cost RM70. This Fish Bowl is really fantastic when you enjoy with your friend because it quite hard for a person to finish it up.

   After the awhile it time for our Main Dishes that we had order just now being served.

Signature The Hill Main Course - Black Cord

This is the one of the main course that available at the Signature The Hill. It also known as Black Cord. This cuisine concsists of pan seared fillet  that will be served with the braised leek and fennel topped with tomato jam. The seared fillet is cook perfectly and it really taste nice. I recommended people like this kind of cuisine must have a try. It costs RM55.

Signature The Hill Main Course- King Prawns

This is another dishes for the main course at Signature The Hill. It also known as King Prawns. This dish is served with grilled with asparagus and spicy herbe creme pasta topped with black cavier.  The combination of the noodles with the King Prawns sauce unstoppable because it really a wonderful combination. This dish cost RM55.

Signature The Hill Local Cravings- Imperial King Prawn Noodles

Imperial King Prawn Noodles also been known as "Sang Har Mein" of the interpretation of KL's cuisine. This cuisine included fresh king prawns, seared king scallop and squid with fried crispy noodles in rich egg gravy. I recommended for the people that like to eat seafood, must have a try of this. It only cost RM42.

Signature The Hill Main Course- Wagru Rib Eye

   This is one of the menu that really expensive. This main course is served baked sweet potatoes and also sautéed seasonal vegetables. This main menu cost RM 138.

   Stay tuned for the desserts at Signature The Hill @1Utama. Besides that, Signature The Hill @1Utama is the best place for couple to have their dinner or anniversary. Even thought  this particular place is quite expensive but it really worth the cost.
